Recruiter + HR Ops Consultant

As an HR professional, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and providing day-to-day HR support to ensure employee success. Your responsibilities will include: - Talent Acquisition (70%) - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to hiring and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source and identify qualified talent for various roles, including creative, strategy, media, and account management positions. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using proactive sourcing strategies. - Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage and track all recruitment activities. - HR Operations & Business Support (30%) - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees. - Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Assist with the performance review cycle and help track key milestones. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated talent acquisition role. - Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles. - Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
