Job Title: Hospital Recruiter Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of clinical, non-clinical, and administrative staff. Ensures timely hiring, smooth onboarding, and compliance with hospital standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with departments to identify staffing needs. Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and walk-ins. Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews. Prepare offers and handle joining formalities. Maintain recruitment reports and documentation. Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives. Ensure all recruitment activities align with hospital and NABH norms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR or Hospital Administration. 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and Excel skills. Key Skills: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
