Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Use various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Create and post job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
