Recruiter

Fresher/Entry-Level Recruiter

You will support the recruitment process for various operations roles such as logistics, customer support, backend operations, supply chain, and other functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operations roles under the guidance of senior recruiters.
  
• Post job openings on job portals, internal systems, and social media platforms.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess candidates fit.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and daily reports.
  
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  
• Assist in documentation, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.
  
• Learn and use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal HR tools effectively.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any relevant field (recent graduates welcome).
  
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or recruitment.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic understanding of operations roles or business functions is a plus (training will be provided).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools.
  

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment.
  
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
