Notice Period: Immediate to less than 30 days

Responsibilities

• End to End Non IT Recruitment Cycle Management
• Sourcing and Screening Candidates from Job Portals
• Coordinating Interviews and Onboarding
• Client Interaction and Coordination
• Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent
• to your line of business.
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
• Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
• Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
• Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue
• at all times.

Must Have

6 months to 3 years of Experience
