Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter Coordinator for a 1-year contractual position within our Human Resources team. The Recruiter Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition and HR operations to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Organize and facilitate interview logistics, including assessments and feedback collection.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all documentation and orientation processes are completed.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using HR systems and Excel/PowerBI/Tableau as needed.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations preferred (internship experience can be considered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with PowerBI/Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
