Job Description

Role

Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients and internal recruiters.

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Support recruiters with sourcing, screening, and documentation
Prepare reports on candidate pipelines, interview status, and recruitment metrics
Ensure all candidate records are complete, accurate, and compliant
Follow up with clients and hiring managers for feedback and interview logistics
Provide administrative support for offer letters, onboarding, and documentation

Requirements:

Qulafication No Bar
1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or similar role (consultancy background preferred) or from BPO industry with Customer Service experience with Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or agency setting or BPO Industry .
Exposure to bulk hiring and scheduling multiple interviews daily
Client coordination and follow-up experience

Candidate should be staying near to Koramangala and should be flexible with late log outs as well as can come late to office depending on the previous day . Can be from BPO industry with good communication skills .
