Campaign Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily outbound campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS platforms.
• Upload, validate, and monitor campaign data/files to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Track campaign performance (delivery rate, open rate, click rate, etc.) and generate basic reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any technical or operational issues.
• Maintain hygiene of campaign data and ensure all activities are well-documented.
• Ensure campaigns are sent as per schedules and follow standard quality checks.
  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in

  campaign operations

  support operations

• Practical knowledge of outreach tools like Mailchimp, Gupshup, Kaleyra, Twilio, etc.

• Experience in

  triggering

  messages via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS (not handling replies).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in

  US hours (evening/night shift)

• Detail-oriented and able to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
