Job Description

Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
Proactively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and recurring roles.
Screen profiles for relevant experience, skills, and cultural fit before shortlisting.
Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/Excel/CRM) accurately.
Engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to coordination of interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
2–7 years of hands-on sourcing experience in IT Domain
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Experience in using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel tracking.
