Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job postings. They will utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assist in onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Design and update job descriptions, and advertise job postings on various portals.
• Utilise various sourcing methods, including online job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to meet requirements.
• Craft and send recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews to identify qualifications and potential candidates, aligning further interview rounds with higher management for qualified candidates.
• Perform reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, including extending offers and handling other joining formalities.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
• Minimum 06 months of experience as an Intern/HR Recruiter.
• Excellent sourcing techniques, such as x-ray search, Boolean search, direct sourcing, LinkedIn recruitment, etc.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.
