Calyptus is a leading recruit-tech platform for sourcing AI-fluent talent. We work with some of the most innovative scale-ups in the world such as Circle, Chainlink & Pond AI to help them grow by placing superhuman talent skilled in AI & automation tools (like Langchain, ChatGPT, Cursor, Zapier, n8n).

We’re looking for a Recruiter with a background in recruitment and a passion for AI. If you’re motivated, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of a spectrum of technical & non-technical talent sourcing (AI engineers to AI-savvy product, data, sales & marketing professionals)
• Source and engage top candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, and other niche channels
• Qualify and assess candidates to ensure role and cultural fit
• Share insights and feedback to improve our sourcing tools, processes, and platform

About You

• 1+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Proven success placing engineers, sales and/or marketing talent
• Skilled at sourcing beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, with the creativity to find niche talent
• Strong interpersonal skills: personable, reliable, and attentive in communication
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, startup-style environment
• Passionate about AI, automation, and frontier technologies - and eager to learn more
