AI Intern – Remote (Preferably India)

We're not just speeding up recruitment - we're building the hiring infrastructure for AI-native teams. From evaluating candidates on AI fluency to enabling automated job matching and outreach, our platform is changing how companies build teams. We're now looking for a brilliant, ambitious intern to help us build internal AI tooling across product and go-to-market. You'll be joining a high-velocity startup and working directly with our founding team on high-impact projects that ship.

What You’ll Be Working On:

■ Building internal AI tools to enhance our product (e.g. intelligent screening, summarisation, automated

insights)

■ Rapid prototyping using tools like Zapier, Cursor, n8n, and whatever’s next

■ Connecting third-party tools and APIs (e.g. Apollo, Google Suite, Linkedin, Loxo) into custom workflows

■ Building AI-driven go-to-market automations (e.g. web scraping, lead generation, outbound email

systems)

What We're Looking For:

■ Super smart, curious, resourceful, and willing to learn

■ Passionate about AI and its tooling ecosystem — from low-code tools to open-source LLM agents

■ Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, LangChain, etc.) and web scraping basics

■ Experience using tools like Cursor, n8n, or building GPT-based internal agents

■ 1+ year experience with JavaScript, Python, or APIs

Requirements

■ Currently studying or recently graduated from a Computer Science or technical degree, ideally from a top university

■ You must show us something you’ve built — AI projects, bots, agents, scraping tools, automations, or even a well-structured Zapier stack. Portfolio > CV

Location/Preferences:

■ Remote, based anywhere within ±5 hours of the UK (India preferred)

■ Available full-time for a 3–6 month internship

Long-term:

■ If you pass your 3-6month internship, you will be hired full-time with Calyptus
