Title Overview: Recruiter - I
Location: Bengaluru
Work mode: Onsite (Work from office)
Experience: 1-2 years in Non-IT Recruitment/Sales Hiring/ Bulk Hiring

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and evaluate candidates based on job fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels; ensure timely feedback collection and follow-up.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and role clarity.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and ensure a professional recruitment process.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate.

Service Agreement:

We work on multiple niche skill requirements and utilize various specialized tools, for which proper training is essential to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration within the team. We also emphasize long-term stability, which is why we have an 18-month agreement in place with all selected candidates.
