The role of Enterprise Solutions Manager (ESM) at 11:11 Systems involves leading and managing technical service delivery for Premier accounts, under the guidance of the Manager of Premier Accounts. As an ESM, you will be responsible for directing the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of 11:11 Systems solutions. Your role will also include providing strategic business and technology support to customers, offering guidance across their production and recovery environments. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding the customers" current and future business goals, challenges, and IT investments. You will then provide technical and strategic direction, ensuring the implementation of solutions aligns with industry and company best practices. As the main point of contact for technology solutions, you will coordinate resources globally to optimize customer and company value. In addition to relationship development with key stakeholders, you will oversee effective governance practices and procedures. This includes managing various aspects such as change, incident, request, event, problem, and vendor management. Your role will also involve developing productive customer relationships, acting as a Trusted Advisor, and contributing to the development of recovery strategies tailored to meet customer requirements. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify sales opportunities, collaborate with Account Executives to drive revenue growth, and actively participate in engineering efforts to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will also encompass ensuring SLA targets are met, conducting regular service reviews, and adhering to company policies and guidelines. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of professional IT experience. Additionally, candidates should have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in Enterprise-focused TAM roles, Solution Architecture, and Customer-facing service delivery within complex environments. Relevant technology certifications and professional certifications (e.g., ITILv3, TOGAF, PRINCE2) are preferred. Key technical knowledge and experience required include disaster recovery solutions, backup and recovery solutions, virtualization, networking, storage & backup services, database management, operating system administration, BCP & DR scenarios, and multi-tier application architecture design. Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
