Responsibilities of a Debt Recovery Agent

Contacting debtors:

Reaching out to individuals or businesses to discuss overdue payments via phone or in person.

Negotiating repayment terms:

Record keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all communications and actions taken for each account.

Following up:
