Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage a team of collection executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Allocate portfolios, track follow-ups, and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
Handle escalated customer queries and negotiate repayment solutions.
Ensure adherence to collection processes, compliance, and legal guidelines.
Maintain MIS reports on recovery status, agent productivity, and delinquency trends.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Risk, Operations) for account resolution.
Identify process gaps and recommend strategies for improving collection efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
48 years of experience in Collections (secured/unsecured), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Good understanding of legal aspects and compliance in collections.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
