Recovery Executive

Role:- Recovery / Telecollection Executive Job Location: Sector 125, Noida Department: Collections / Recovery Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Telecollection Executive to join our recovery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach while adhering to company policies and compliance norms. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up of overdue accounts. Provide account information and resolve queries related to payments. Maintain a record of customer interactions and update the recovery status in the system. Negotiate repayment plans or settlements, if authorized. Escalate accounts requiring legal or field intervention to the appropriate team. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets are achieved. Follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines in every interaction. Educate customers about payment options and consequences of non-payment. Provide MIS reports and feedback to supervisors regularly. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in telecollections/recovery or customer service. Good communication skills in Hindi/English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools). Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a result-driven attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in NBFC, fintech, banking, telecom, or utility collections is an advantage.
