Job Description

(Only Female) We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to the team. As the first point of contact, you will represent our company positively and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: Only Female 12th Pass or Graduate Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional attitude and appearance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
