Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and warm reception experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Handle Basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Assist in daily office operations and support other departments as needed.
  • Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; proficiency in Kannada is a plus.
  • Professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A friendly and approachable personality with a customer-first attitude.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
