Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain reception area cleanliness and order. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and filing. Support other departments with basic office tasks when needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus. Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Friendly, polite, and customer-focused. What We Offer: Competitive salary package.
