Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients/visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

• Maintain front desk security and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling meetings and appointments

• Handle courier, documentation, and basic administrative tasks


Requirements:
