Your role will involve analyzing the impact of these updates on clients and sharing relevant information with the team. Additionally, you will be expected to develop a theoretical understanding of laws and acts through quick research. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong analytical skills in researching Indirect Tax/GST databases - Stay updated on case laws, regulatory updates, and their impact on clients - Possess excellent English command and drafting skills - Create and share updates on the latest legal trends with the team - Conduct quick research to understand laws and acts theoretically Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in handling engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws - Expertise in Tax Restructuring, Tax Advisory, consulting, appeals/writ petitions for Service Tax, VAT, Excise, Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Law, and GST - Skilled in providing litigation-related services such as drafting opinions, replies to show cause notices, appeals, writ petitions, SLP, briefing counsels, and senior counsels In addition to the above, you should demonstrate the following behavioral competencies: - Stay updated on the latest legal industry trends - Prioritize meeting client expectations by balancing quality and timeliness - Take ownership and accountability for team goals - Adhere to established work processes and procedures for effective outcomes - Efficiently plan work, identifying necessary resources and timelines.,
