As a Tax Lawyer at SKMC Global based in Noida, your primary responsibility will involve managing tax-related legal issues and providing guidance to clients on tax laws, regulations, and compliance obligations. Your duties will encompass representing clients in tax disputes, conducting research on tax legislation, drafting legal documents, and offering legal advice on tax implications. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid background in tax law and compliance, along with exceptional research and analytical capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field will be crucial for success.
