Job Title: Receptionist Location: Vertex Overseas Services, [Insert Location] Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1-2 years (preferred), Freshers also Preference - Female Job Description: Vertex Overseas Services is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. As a receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting our team with day-to-day administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally. Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized space. Schedule and confirm appointments for visa counselling and documentation. Handle basic inquiries related to our services for study visas, especially for Australia and the UK. Maintain and update client records and manage document flow. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, email communication, and filing. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Prior experience in an education consultancy or similar industry is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
