They will manage front desk operations, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain guest records, reservations, and room allocation. Handle payments, billing, and basic accounts related to front desk. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests. Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner. Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure adherence to hotel policies and security standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th pass; diploma/degree in hospitality preferred. Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service (hotel experience an advantage). Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, booking software). Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
