Receptionist

Job Summary

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Hotel Paradise. They will manage front desk operations, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain guest records, reservations, and room allocation.
• Handle payments, billing, and basic accounts related to front desk.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass; diploma/degree in hospitality preferred.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service (hotel experience an advantage).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, booking software).
• Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
