a. Handle customer related queries.
b. Enter customer related data respectively.
c. Ensure smooth flow of check-in / check-out formalities of all member & guests.
d. Welcome and serve welcome drinks to the members and guests.
e. Consolidate property rounds.
f. Receive feedbacks from members and guests.
g. Initiate the gifting process smoothly.
h. Generate timely member reports.
i. Coordinate with the sales department and arrange for Karma Club Consultants / Holiday Consultants.
j. Assist guests with the resort related queries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
