Role & responsibilities Front Desk Management Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner. Direct guests to the appropriate person or department. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. 2. Communication Handling Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Take and relay messages accurately and promptly. Respond to emails, inquiries, and other forms of communication. 3. Administrative Support Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings. Maintain records, files, and databases. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. 4. Customer Service Provide information about the organizations products, services, or procedures. Resolve customer issues or complaints, or escalate them to the appropriate staff member. Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors.
