Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage visitor registration, issue visitor passes, and guide guests to the appropriate meeting rooms or contacts.

Telephone & Communication Handling

  • Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to relevant personnel.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company as needed.

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishments.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings for CEOs, maintaining conference room bookings, and preparing meeting spaces.
