Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors as needed.
