Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and coordinate visitor access.
Handle courier services, mail distribution, and front desk supplies.
Liaise with the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness of the reception and common areas.
Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.
Maintain a neat and presentable front office environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front office role.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Polite, presentable, and well-groomed personality.
Proficient in handling telephonic systems and basic office equipment.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
