Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Answers and directs calls using telephone or
EPBX system
(Call transferring, forwarding, holding, voicemail, and other features)
Greets visitors and provides range of administrative and clerical duties.
Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing calls
Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to appropriate staff
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments for call routing and appointment setting
Maintain front desk area in a clean and professional manner
Handle basic administrative tasks as required
Maintain confidentiality of client and internal information at all times

Requirements:

Gender:
Female candidates preferred
Age:
Strictly between
30 to 35 years
Experience:
Minimum 27 years (Age) as a receptionist/telephone operator, preferably in a corporate, legal, or CA environment.
Communication:
Must have excellent spoken English and Hindi; clear and polite telephone etiquette
Personality:
Presentable, courteous, and confident
Tech Skills:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and phone systems
Location Preference:
Candidates residing in or near
BKC
or willing to commute daily
