  • Answering phone calls: Responding to inquiries, transferring calls, and handling messages.

  • Assisting with administrative tasks: Filing, data entry, and other clerical duties.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area: Ensuring a welcoming and functional environment for patients and staff.
