Job Title: ReceptionistCompany: Rudra Research and Analytics Location: –Pune Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:Rudra Research and Analytics is looking for a well-presented and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain visitor logs and ensure security and cleanliness of the reception area. Handle inquiries and provide information about the company when required. Serve refreshments to directors, clients, and guests during meetings. Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings. Assist in administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for office needs. Skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Pleasant personality and professional attitude. Attention to detail and ability to manage front office efficiently. Experience:1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role (freshers welcome). Salary:As per company standards / Negotiable for deserving candidates. Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]
