Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Company: Radon India Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and ensure a professional reception experience.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and office logs.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling courier services.
Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, events, and client visits.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist in store/office management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach, and ability to multitask.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.
