As a Receptionist at PFEC Global's Kolkata branch, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Your role will involve welcoming visitors, managing appointments, and handling basic administrative tasks with a professional attitude and strong communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. - Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately. - Manage appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks. - Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. - Assist with office coordination, including inventory management and document handling. - Support daily administrative operations and liaise with vendors/service providers. **Qualifications Required:** - Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar role, freshers are also welcome. - Bachelor's degree is a must. - Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi languages for clear communication. - Basic conversational skills in English. - Good computer skills including Google Suite, MS Office, and email handling.
