As the first point of contact, you’ll handle calls, welcome visitors, manage appointments, and support basic administrative tasks. Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Manage appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Assist with office coordination, including inventory management and document handling. Support daily administrative operations and liaise with vendors/service providers.
