We are now hiring a Receptionist for our Kolkata office.

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle calls, welcome visitors, manage appointments, and support basic administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Manage appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with office coordination, including inventory management and document handling.
• Support daily administrative operations and liaise with vendors/service providers.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree
• Must be able to speak clearly in Bengali and Hindi
• Should have basic conversational skills in English
• Must have good computer skills, including Google Suite, MS Office, and email handling
