Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, and performing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
  • Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Maintain and manage the visitor log and notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and assist with event preparations as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Maintain security by following procedures (e.g., checking visitor IDs, issuing visitor badges).
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Provide support to the HR and Administration teams as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in any field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.

Working Hours:

  • Working hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
