Senior Electrician

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical ability, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute electrical installations, wiring, and system setups as per project plans and electrical standards.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Lead and mentor junior electricians and technicians on-site.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments for smooth execution of work.
• Maintain records of materials used and tasks completed.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant certification.
• Minimum 4–5 years of practical experience in electrical projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, panels, wiring, and controls.
• Experience in both single-phase and three-phase systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable)

• Experience with generators, UPS, control panels, and industrial automation.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs or energy management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
