Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, well‑organized, and friendly Receptionist / Secretary to manage front desk operations, handle routine office tasks, and provide secretarial support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Secretarial Support

  • Assist senior management with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
  • Take meeting minutes and circulate to relevant stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks

  • Handle courier services, inward/outward registers, and office supplies.
  • Support HR/admin in organizing events, interviews, and meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
