As a Receptionist, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Greeting and directing visitors: Welcome guests in a friendly manner, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and provide necessary information. - Answering and managing phone calls: Professionally handle incoming calls, take messages accurately, and route calls to the correct individuals. - Administrative tasks: Schedule appointments efficiently, manage correspondence effectively, update calendars promptly, and perform basic office duties with attention to detail. - Maintaining a tidy reception area: Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and well-stocked with supplies for a welcoming environment. - Handling mail and deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries promptly to the designated recipients. - Providing customer service: Offer friendly, helpful, and professional assistance to all visitors and clients to enhance their experience. - Operating office equipment: Utilize standard office equipment such as fax machines, copy machines, and computers proficiently. - Keeping records: Maintain accurate records of visitor requests, phone calls, and other relevant information for reference and documentation purposes. Qualifications Required: - Language: Proficiency in English is preferred. This is a full-time position that requires work to be done in person at the designated work location.
