Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors warmly, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Arrange travel accommodations when required.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification:

    12th Pass

  • Experience:

    02 years

    as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
  • Proficient in

    Microsoft Office Suite

    (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent

    communication skills

    (spoken and written)
  • Strong

    multitasking and time-management

    abilities
  • Must have a

    professional appearance and attitude
