Receptionist

JP Healthcare, a leading third-party cosmetic manufacturer, is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
