Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle daily mail, courier, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor records and provide security passes if required.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support (data entry, filing, photocopying).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
  • Support HR/Administration team in office management tasks.
