Receptionist

We are now looking for a well-spoken and experienced Receptionist to join our growing team at the head office.

Position: Receptionist (Female Candidates Preferred)Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Handle all incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
• Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and correspondence.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, document handling, and filing.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all time.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.
• Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Mail Serfing.
• Soft-spoken, polite, well-mannered, and presentable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Female candidates preferred.

Job Timings: 9:30 AM – 7.00PM

Salary: As per experience & company standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
