The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, and case analyses. Support attorneys during case preparation, hearings, and trials. Maintain and organize case files and documentation. Liaise with clients, courts, and external partners as required. Monitor legal deadlines, filings, and procedural requirements. Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master’s Degree (LLM) is a plus. Relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong knowledge of local and international legal frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English preferred).
