Job Description

Greet and assist members and guests courteously at the front desk. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally. Manage member check-ins and maintain accurate attendance records. Support membership sales by explaining plans, offers, and benefits to potential clients. Process new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth club functioning. Handle billing, payment collection, and receipt generation. Maintain member data and update CRM or internal systems accurately. Address customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure the club environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming Assist in promotional events, member engagement activities, and feedback collection.
