Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our automation car showroom. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling front office operations in an automobile showroom, possess excellent communication skills, and create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently. Customer Interaction & Coordination: Provide basic information about showroom offerings, promotions, and services. Direct customers to the appropriate sales executive or service department. Administrative Support: Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules. Assist in data entry, record keeping, and documentation. Showroom Coordination: Ensure the reception and customer waiting area is clean, organized, and presentable. Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer flow. Follow-ups: Support post-visit customer communication if required. Manage feedback collection from visitors. Key Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in an automation car showroom or similar environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Good personality with customer service orientation. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems). Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
