🏢 EditPoint India – Office Assistant / Telecaller📋 Job Title:Office Assistant / Telecaller 🕒 Working Hours:9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Sunday – Holiday / Studio Work Support if required 🎯 Main Responsibilities1. Telecalling & CommunicationHandle all incoming and outgoing business calls politely and professionally. Explain EditPoint India products and services clearly: EDIUS 11 AlbumPoint TitlePoint PRO DemoPoint Invitd.in Projects & Utilities Collect customer requirements and forward details to concerned team (Sales/Support). Maintain daily call log (calls made, follow-ups, feedback). Coordinate with clients for renewals, payments, and offers. 2. Office AssistanceWelcome clients and visitors; provide basic product info or connect to concerned staff. Keep front office, reception, and waiting area clean and organized. Manage office documents, receipts, and courier dispatches. Support admin team in daily office operations. Prepare small notes or lists for meetings as directed by Admin Manager / Ramesh Sir. 3. Marketing SupportAssist in WhatsApp & Telegram message sending. Help prepare and share digital marketing content (festival greetings, offers, workshop updates). Maintain contact lists for promotional calls (EditPoint India, PhotoMama, Aira DG Press, etc.). Collect client details from expos, workshops, and update in CRM/Excel. 4. Follow-Up & ReportingDaily follow-up with customers on demo, payment, and installation. Record all responses and update in daily report format. Report every evening to Admin Manager (Shub) and Accounts (Shailaja/Arun) for any payment collection. Maintain record of customer satisfaction and feedback. 5. Coordination TasksCoordinate between: Front Office – Sales – Support – Accounts – Marketing Schedule demos or training sessions when needed. Inform customers about new updates, offers, and training classes. 6. Event & Workshop SupportAssist in event registrations, data collection, and phone follow-ups. Prepare call lists for expos, workshops, and promotional campaigns. 7. Additional TasksAssist in office opening & closing procedures if required. Handle basic stationery, visitor water/tea arrangements. Help with billing and filing under supervision of accounts.
